Can buildings with special status met special needs?
Article Abstract:
The efforts of making buildings universally accessible in line with the Disability discrimination act by the Architects are presented. The changes made by the Royal Institute of British Architects in the Royal court and British museum according to the act are discussed.

The prosperity and recession in the property business of so-called 'intelligent buildings' are stated. These buildings were equipped with the latest technology but lacked economical value.
