German Economy Minister Jurgen Mollemann, a once-powerful figure in the Free Democratic Party (FDP), has been ousted in a nepotism scandal. Gunter Rexrodt of the Treuhandanstalt agency may be chosen to replace Mollemann. Klaus Kinkel is favored to become head of the FDP.
