Al Yeganeh, the original 'Soup Nazi' of Seinfeld fame, is planning to franchise is successful New York business, Soup Kitchen International. Perspective franchisees will have to market his famous soup without tie-ins to the Soup Nazi character. Yaganeh hopes to create about 1,000 franchises in the U.S. within five to seven years.
