Matkapuheluiden v litt j t ryhtyiv t taisteluun j lleenmyyjist
Article Abstract:
According to Finnish Radiolinja, the retailers of mobile phone services will chain in future as in other fields. National chains will be backed by operators and can buy the goods in large batches. At the moment Radiolinja has thousand retailers some of which sell also Sonera subscriptions. Sonera subscriptions have 1,500 retailers and they have not wanted to tie the sellers to one camp. Competition between operators has not reduced significantly the prices of gsm calls in Finland. Competition may tighten if the so called city phones become more popular and the mobile phone becomes an extension of the home phone. Competition should remain tight. Radiolinja believes that in 3-4 years 80% of Finns will own a mobile phone. It will for example become a quality of a car.

Teurasel inten olot heikentyneet Suomessa EU-j senyyden aikana
Article Abstract:
The conditions of animals to be slaughtered have deteriorated in Finland during the EU membership. For example ever larger share of pigs and cattle to be slaughtered are disqualified as unfit for human nutrition. Part of the increase is due to more strict regulations but there are also problems in animal treatment. For pigs the deterioration is suspected to be due to the increase in the size of pig farms. The animals are no longer considered separate animals but animal units. Additionally, the worse financial situation of farmers affects the treatment of animals. The rules for obtaining EU subsidy are often more important than the concern for the condition of the animals.
