Finance ministers and central-bank bosses of the leading industrialized countries of the world meet to discuss the strength of the United States (US) dollar against the European and Asian currencies. Growth of Japanese exports depends mainly on keeping the long-term US interest rates low, than on holding down the Japanese currency.
