High crimes and low farce

The charges against Pres Clinton, involving an alleged sexual relationship with a White House intern, are far from being resolved. In fact, there have been questionable activities by many presidents throughout history, but impeachment is a cumbersome and seldom-used procedure.

Too much talk

Pres Clinton is a man of too many words who is followed by a press that hangs on his every word. Presidents need to make speeches and plead the case for their policies, but stream-of-consciousness rambling damages Clinton's image of authority.
