How different things would be with more women in the industry

Article Abstract:

Preference for inclusion of more women in the construction industry based on their greater organizational capacity is expressed, and illustrated by a dialogue between a man and a woman, which reveals his deficiency and her efficiency in meeting a deadline. The National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) is introduced, which mainly proposes to initiate changes in the industry, and tackle the problem of low percentage of women workers.

Adjudicator's job's, like their decisions, are reasonably secure

Article Abstract:

Adjudication under the Housing Grants Act did not exactly come crashing onto the collective consciousness of the construction industry back in 1996. An adjudicator's decision is binding on the parties unless the adjudication agreement was terminated for failure to produce a decision in time.
