French-built high efficiency tuna seiner - low noise and running costs with Glenan
Article Abstract:
The design and construction of Glenan, an 84 metre tuna purse seiner, built by French shipyard Chantiers Piriou for Cobrecaf is described. The fishing vessel does not make much sound. The design also cuts down the running costs.
