India relaxes regs

Article Abstract:

The Indian Civil Aviation Authority has relaxed the rule that confines helicopter pilots to only one aircraft type. Under the new policy, helicopter pilots are now eligible for multiple licenses to fly Bell, Eurocopter, heavy transport or light-single engine machines provided that the helicopters' cockpit instrumentations are similar and that the pilots continue to be current with the differnet types. A minimum number of flying time every quarter will also be required.

Web banner ads in online newspapers: a cross-national comparison of India and Korea

Article Abstract:

An insights into the differences between Indian and Korean ads in terms of the types of product advertised and types of appeals used, based on the comparative study of web banner ads taken from the online editions of major Indian and Korean newspapers, is presented. The results reveal that differences are more attributable to differences in internet diffusion rather than to cultural difference.
