Interpublic's Ammirati realigns its senior staff

Article Abstract:

Ammirati Puris Lintas, the tenth-largest ad agency in the world, has implemented another reshuffling of its senior staff as it attempts to become more than just an advertising agency. Co-creative directors Mark Johnson and Tom Nelson were asked to resign by Ammirati's new North American head, Richard J. Hadala. Robe Feakins and Roger Bentley were appointed to take their place. Mr. Hadala said the changes involved issues of leadership, attitude, and the creation of an environment for idea generation. In addition, Mike Lotito was appointed as Ammirati's general manager of technology and Lance Smith was named general manager of process management.
