Jardine Matheson, revived?

Article Abstract:

Jardine Matheson Holdings' stock has been posting a dull performance as it declines by 1% from Nov. 1995 to Nov. 1996. Despite a peak in early Feb. 1996, the company's shares have also dipped by 33%. Most firms in the Jardine stable, including Jardine Matheson, Jardine Strategic Holdings, Mandarin Oriental International and Hong Kong Land Holdings, maintain their primary Asian listings in Singapore after delisting from Hong Kong's stock exchange. Aside from Jardine Matheson's low earnings, its below-$6 trading price also makes its stock looks cheap.
