Lighting quality and quantity: A recent seminar on lighting design and technology focused on integrating quality of illumination with effective installation
Article Abstract:

The case for pleadings
Article Abstract:
Pleadings documents are much misunderstood and are seen as convoluted and costly, but they are vital in defining matters at issue between parties, and the failure to use them as they were intended, leads to costly and wasteful preparations of cases. An example is illustrated using the extension-of-time/loss-and-expense claim. Alternatives could include exchange of lists of issues and a summary of evidence.
