Madrid bourse offers Latin America link

Article Abstract:

Jesus Gonzales-Nieto of the Madrid Stock Exchange expects the forthcoming Latin American markets exchange to benefit European investors. Gonzales-Nieto is director of market development for the exchange. The Market for Latin American stocks will use electronic links instead of American depository receipts, so European investors should find the process easier than investing in the same firms via the New York Stock Exchange.
