Mediapro wins broadcast rights of Real Madrid for $1.41 billion

MediaPro Group of Spain is to purchase television-broadcasting rights for the next seven years from Real Madrid Television also of Spain for 1.1 billion Euros ($1.41 billion). The licensing agreement is the most expensive purchase of television rights to date.
