Military terror tactics
Article Abstract:
Nigeria's army seems increasingly to be resorting to murder and violence, but Nigerian Pres Olusegun Obasanjo seems unwilling or unable to control the army. In Oct 2001, at least 300 people were massacred by soldiers in indiscriminate acts of revenge for the killing of soldiers.

The next Bosnia? Russia and Moldava

Trans-Dniestria is attempting to secede from Moldava, and Romanians in the area are hoping for reunification with Romania. Trans-Dniestria has a larger population of Russians and Ukrainians, and Russian tanks have engaged in combat in support of them.
