Netherlands' NIB draws private-equity bidders

Cerberus Capital Management L.P. of the United States and an investment fund managed by Christopher Flowers have offered bids of approximately $2.38 billion for NIB Capital N.V. of the Netherlands. The two private equity offers are joining bids by Fortis N.V. of the Netherlands and a subsidiary of General Electric Co. of the United States for the investment company.
