Scientists issue new cod warning

Article Abstract:

International Council for the Exploration of the Sea has strongly recommended to European Union to halt cod fishing in the North Sea, Irish Sea and west of Scotland waters. The stocks of cod in these regions are declining in alarming levels. The fishing has continued despite earlier warnings.
