Reinforcement learning with internal expectation for the random neural network
Article Abstract:
A modification of the reinforcement learning scheme to take account of non-stationary environments is presented. The model incorporates a weight-update rule and its behaviour in various simulations is discussed.

On weighted centers for semidefinite programming

A model of semidefinite programming utilizing weighted centres with existence and scale invariance properties is presented. The model is analysed and its fit with existing models discussed.
