Resource Usage Analysis with APM and Micronet
Article Abstract:
Most project management systems are usually developed for a large mainframe with large scale applications. Recently two project management programs have been designed that can run on Apple computers for smaller businesses. Apple Project Manager (APM) is designed for smaller business firms and can run on a 48K Apple with one or two drives for a price of only 137 pounds. Depending on the data entered it can hold up to 20,000 activities and has a number of options including sorting outputs and printing only specific activities. Micronet runs on Apple microcomputers with a Z80 card under CP-M. It costs 650 pounds but can hold only 550 activities because of the space taken up by CP-M.
