Article Abstract:
The price per barrel of oil is likely to be in flux much of 1996 because of political maneuvers. The US is considering a bill that would disallow non-US companies from investing in the petroleum industry in Iran and Libya, while Iraq received permission to sell oil, which may affect OPEC output.
