Sacyr Vallehermoso's adventure On French soil could get pricey
Article Abstract:
Spanish construction firm Sacyr Vallehermoso may be required by French market regulators to pay $13.5 bil for buying France's Eiffage, in addition to the cost of purchasing minority shares in APRR, an Eiffage-owned highway operator. A third of Eiffage is already owned by Sacyr.
