Article Abstract:
A survey was conducted on building warrant submissions to establish how the standards are being used and its implications for part L in England and Wales where the survey questionnaires were sent to over 40 architects working in Scotland. The results offer an interesting insight into the way the regulations are being implemented and also the perceptions of the people who use them.
