Article Abstract:

Premier Productions of East Lansing, MI, is a company that delivers radio and TV ads along with on-hold messages that clients hear while waiting to be connected to a company's customer service representative. The on-hold messages are touted by the company as an effective means to deliver information to people about products and services since the callers are more intent on listening. No more Mr. Know-it-all, please

Article Abstract:

Bell Canada's poor management and decision-making is inadvertently taking a toll on the firm's image and credibility. Proof of this is the telephone company's condescending advertising represented by a know-it-all character with an idiot for a sidekick. Not only is this unprofessional attitude found in the firm's advertising, but also in its office front lines. Bell Canada should focus on a core business and improve its customer service at all levels to retain its market leadership.
