Article Abstract:
New medicines allow organ transplants and other aggressive forms of treatments but immune systems are left weakened. Pathogenic bacteria which once were fought off, can now attack bodies with weakened immune systems. Fungi diseases, including pigeon fever, and caver's ague, are discussed.
