The HYY Group is a company founded by the Student Union at the University of Helsinki that provides practical business experience for students. Originally founded in 1871 in order to purchase land for student housing, it now makes steady profits from units including real estate, restaurants, publishing and travel services.

After 25 years, shareholder lawsuit against Loblaw rages on in Canada

Article Abstract:

A total of 24 Loblaws shareholders have kept the company in court since 1975. These dissident investors are fighting because as Class A shareholders they were not going to receive the amount that the common stock shareholders were to receive but there was a provision in the stock offering that they should.
