Terrorist acts imperil Iraq's gains

Iraq's postwar reconstruction is being threatened by runaway violence caused by terrorist attacks in the country. The latest incidence of violence occurred when a car bombing in Baghdad killed five people. The bombing took place just as the U.S. was starting to improve the Iraqi economy.
