War, no peace: ex-Yugoslavia

The United Nations Security Council is investigating evidence of atrocities in Bosnia-Herzegovina as the civil war there rages on. There could be a 'no-fly' zone established there like the one in Iraq. What the world community can do to stop the carnage is in doubt.

The protection of Muslims in Bosnia is now a more complex and difficult challenge than it would have been a year to 18 months ago. NATO forces are inadequate to curb Serb aggression, and Croats have also taken more territory. Possible solutions are explored.
