The law's fine line

Article Abstract:

Planned Parenthood and a group of pro-choice doctors claim that the US constitution does not guarantee the right of anti-abortionists to issue 'wanted' posters claiming that abortionists have committed crimes against humanity, to make available details of doctors, clinics and patients and to encourage people to prevent abortions. They claim that the activities of anti-abortionists go against 1994 legislation banning the use of force against those wanting an abortion or offering an abortion service. Anti-abortionists have responded by stating that they do not encourage violence.
