Article Abstract:
The Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo-Zaire is likely to overtake the town of Kisangani by Mar 6, 1997. The rebel group may succeed in overthrowing Pres Mobutu Sese Seko's government because the army is weak and disorganized. The civil war may displace more Rwandan refugees.
