The Croatians and Muslims have signed the latest UN peace plan, but the Serbs are still holding out. Even if they are pressured to sign it, they will most likely still continue fighting until they have obtained their goals. The Croatians may also continue fighting.

Bosnian Serbs are continuing their siege of the Moslems, forcing them out of their homes and burning their towns. UN ultimatums denying food relief for anyone unless they can deliver to Moslem enclaves such as Carska, are not working.
