quality the simple way: quality management has been beset by teething troubles, but these days creating a simple and cost-effective system for your office is much easier
Article Abstract:
Quality management was seen as the way to make more efficient and cost effective organisations, but many organisations are reluctant to get involved in extra paperwork. The main problems experienced were finding a suitable system which was also simple, user-friendly and concise. Systems used to take months to develop but with new models created especially for designers a system could be drafted in as little as 10 days.
