Article Abstract:
About 20% of the victims of traffic accidents and more than 50% of the victims of rape suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Professor Heinz Katschnig, head of the Psychiatric Hospital of Vienna University, says that in PTSD patients the risk of cardiovascular disease is three times as high as in the general population, and many suffer from anxiety, depression and panic attacks. In about 40% of the cases PTSD last more than a year.

KTM f hrt ohne Sozius Harley Davidson

The Austrian motorbike manufacturer KTM has given up talks about cooperation with Harley Davidson. However, according to director Stefan Pierer the company continues to look for a partner in order to withstand Japanese competition. In the fiscal year to 30 August 1998 KTM saw a 27.5% increase in motorbike sales to 26,214 units and increased turnover by 18.5% to Sch 1.55bn. Profit growth was even steeper.
