Pennsylvania and New Jersey are largely unaffected by the revised Fair Labor Standards Act since they have their own overtime laws that protect workers' overtime rights. Employment lawyers and other experts discuss the ramifications of the changed rules for high profile employees in the country.

Rising milk prices lift mood on dairy farms

Prices for raw milk have risen 85 percent in Lancaster, Pennsylvania that ranks fourth in dairy, in the far west. This is good news for troubled Lancaster County dairy farmers, but has meant higher dairy prices for consumers.
