Joseph P. Cusick, the new vice president for regulatory programs of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, developed his own hypothetical portfolio filled with the stocks of familiar companies. This Philadelphia member is in-charge of ensuring that all the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange are followed.

An increase in the gasoline prices in Philadelphia has not boosted sales of fuel-efficient cars. A survey conducted by the Progressive Group of Insurance Cos. reveal that because of higher gas prices, which hit an average of $2.12 a gallon, drivers would make some changes in their driving habits and would also drive less in order to save money.
