Bracing for impact

Article Abstract:

The establishment of a traffic impact fee schedule in East Baton Rouge Parish is discussed. The fee schedule, which was implemented in August 27, 2007, was created in order to pay for road projects. Frank LeDoux, a past president of the Capital Region Builders Association, believes that the fees would not generate the amount of money needed to fix traffic problems within the parish.
