Dechert Price to merge with longtime London affiliate

Center City, Penn.-based Dechert, Price and Rhoads, a law firm, has announced a merger agreement with London, England-based Titmuss Sainer Decher. The combined law firm, which will have a total of 580 lawyers and base its main offices in Philadelphia, will be called Dechert.
