Eight real estate developments that changed Baton Rouge over the 1982-2007 time frame are presented. The Country Club of Louisiana, for instance, has been responsible for fostering East Baton Rouge's southeastern part development. The contributions of other developments such as of the Santa Maria, Capitol Park and Shaw Center for the Arts, are supplied.
