Excerpts from September 2002 discussions on forecasts for Baton Rouge is presented to see if the assumptions made are pertinent in 2007. The panelists include Raising Cane's Todd Graves and Womack Inc.'s Milton J. Womack. Baton Rouge's economic and social conditions are discussed.

Baton Rouge's economy has improved over the 1982 to 2007 period. Business in Baton Rouge suffered because of the Lousiana 1982-1987 recession, but it has recovered starting 1988. The impacts of Baton Rouge's economy on Business Report are evaluated.
