From bust to boom

Article Abstract:

Baton Rouge real estate industry in 1982 was not a good market, having hit by the South Lousiana's economc collapse and high interest rates. However, teh market has recovered during the 1982-2007 period due to lowered interest rates in 1990s and the growth in Lousiana economy. Developments in the industry, with regards to prices, technology, practice, and design, are presented.
