Lousiana Governor Bobby Jindal at 36 years old is the youngest governor in the US. Jindal shares why he thinks he will be successful, provides insights on how the state needs to change the focus of its development efforts, and what needs to be changed in higher education, K-12 education, and the state's health care delivery.
