A combination of an effect of federal tax cuts, confidence in the economy, low interest rates, concern that rates would not last indefinitely, and pent-up demand are indicators for a perfect storm of construction in Vermont for the year 2004. Jo Bradley, executive director of the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA), feels that connectivity is one key to bringing all of Vermont into the electronic mainstream.
