When overseas manufacturing saves U.S. jobs

Harry Haber, the owner of Ginsey Industries Inc., said that opening a factory in China to manufacture novelty toilet seats saved his company and dozens of jobs in Pennsylvania. Ginsey, which has about 100 workers in the U.S., sells the toilet seats to Lowe's and other retailers.
