The battle over Rouzan
Article Abstract:
Debates have been going on about the Rouzan project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana which is a traditional development neighborhood plan that would be a mixed-use community with residential, offices, retail spaces. Residents in the area oppose the project saying that it would create drainage and traffic problems. Debates surrounding the project are discussed.

The Southside Civic Association (SCA) and JTS Interests are to discuss the terms with regard to the controversial Rouzan development at the old Ford pasture zone in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which the SCA and other area residents oppose. Details of the issue and terms to work out on are presented.
