APCO files $1.3M suit vs. ex-client Akin Gump

Article Abstract:

APCO Associates Inc has sued Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld in Jan 2000, for breach of contract. The $1.3-million lawsuit claims Akin Gump's non- payment of $305,000 for a Korean Information Management System that APCO Assocs supplied to monitor Korean trade issues. On the other hand, Akin Gump alleges the dissatisfaction of Koreans with the software and claims that it has informed APCO of the glitches in it.
