Article Abstract:
A review of the economic development in Baltic countries, i.e., Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, is presented. These countries offer educated work force and cheap labor. However, foreign direct investment into these countries has not been substantial. The reasons for this situation are discussed.
