The existing or past employees of a firm could assist in highlighting the corporate crime occurring in an organization but this raises questions regarding ethics in terms of the loyalty to the employers and the firms. To overcome corporate crime, it is important to have a board that is able to face the scrutiny of shareholders and provide honesty while making decisions that would benefit the shareholders.

Article Abstract:
The common errors identified by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) on Fringe benefits Tax (FBT) are discussed. The ATO analysis of 2001 FBT returns stated that many employers made mistakes involving interaction between GST and FBT.
