CarPoint's easy navigation beats Auto-By-Tel
Article Abstract:
A survey compared two automobile purchase Web sites, Microsoft's CarPoint and Auto-By-Tel Corp's online service. These sites allow customers to buy new or used cars online through various car dealers in the US. They also offer information that helps users to choose the best car deal. The study cited CarPoint as the overall best site because of its easy navigation and accessible information. CarPoint provides vehicle information by class and it does not have a difficult interface with information scattered around the pages of the site.
