Not my kinda deal

Article Abstract:

Capital Radio has made a 57 million pounds sterling bid for My Kinda Town. Capital has seen a drop in its share price of 6% since the bid was announced. This represents a major move away from radio broadcasting though Capital and My Kinda Town already have a JV to run the Capital Radio Cafe in London, England. There is concern that Capital may have met obstacles in expanding its radio broadcasting business. The last big radio deal was carried out in 1994.
