Colombia's Uribe goes for second round

Article Abstract:

Colombia's constitutional court has overturned a ban, imposed in 1991 on sitting presidents seeking reelection. This is good news for the president Alvaro Uribe, whose popularity rating is around 80 per cent. The country will be going for reelection in May, 2006.
