Article Abstract:

Web survey method is a widely accepted market research technique with many marketers. But, there is no consensus on the validity of online market research. The low response rates for online research methods poses serious challenges for the marketers. The advantages of online surveys and methods to overcome the challenge of collecting the data without presenting a cognitive overload to the respondent are suggested.
